Access to the platform during the private beta is granted on an approved, whitelist basis. We may grant, limit, or revoke access at our discretion, and you agree not to attempt to circumvent these access controls.

4. Intellectual property

The platform, including all software, content, and trademarks, is owned by cyata, Inc. and its licensors. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the service.

During the beta, you may receive access to non-public features and information. You agree to keep this information confidential and not disclose it without our written consent.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis during the beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, cyata disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
